PortiDOE-Loader The PortiDOE-Loader is designed for automation. It is ideal for biscuits, crackers, or similar products with different shapes. The PortiDOE-Loader comes in many different configurations loading up to 8 rows of simultaneous feeding. Product is delivered on-edge and gently metered into the slug former. The PortiDOE-Loader produces accurate measures of product. The PortiDOE-Loader is configurable with a variety of options. PortiDS-Loader

The PortiDS-Loader is designed for accepting products in the flat. It can run a variety of products. The PortiDS-Loader is ideal for accurate slugs based on count. THe product is delivered via a metering system. THe slug is formed based on count and then deposited into the Cross Conveyor. The PortiDS-Loader is configurable with a variety of options. QSL - Quad Sandwich Loader
Compass Industrial Group's QSL is ideal for slug forming sandwich cookies & crackers. The QSL attaches directly to the sandwich machine. Slugs are formed by count and introduced into a Cross Conveyor by lowerating bayonets. The QSL insures an accurate slug count.

• Designed for integration with sandwich machines
• Speeds up to 40 cycles/min
